Why The Bright Pathway exists
Bridging assessment and real life
Most assessments tell you what you have. The Bright Pathway shows you who you are and what you can build with that. For many neurodivergent people, diagnosis is not the end of the story, it is the beginning of a new relationship with their brain, their identity and their future. The Bright Pathway exists because clinical assessment and practical daily change are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where most people get stuck. The pathway can support areas such as:
A diagnosis gives you language. The pathway gives you structure: a coach who knows your clinical profile, a series of focused sessions that build on each other, and a final deliverable that is personal and actionable. Rather than returning to daily life with good intentions and no clear next step, you leave with concrete changes already in place in how you work, live and relate to others
What The Bright Pathway makes possible
Rather than a general ND label, you leave with scored data on how your brain performs across specific domains, which areas to lean into and which to support or accommodate.
A coherent ND identity
Moving from confusion, masking or self-blame to a clear, accurate and affirming understanding of how your brain works, and why that matters.
Practical systems that fit your wiring
Each coaching phase builds on the last. By Phase 4 you are designing environments, routines and boundaries based on your specific cognitive profile, not generic advice.
A lasting reference document
The Living With My Brain plan is a personalised summary of your profile, strategies, and priorities, useful to share with employers, partners, clinicians, or coaches.
Clinical and coaching expertise in one place
Assessment by a HCPC-registered clinical psychologist and coaching by Tanya, both based on the same profile, in a single integrated pathway, avoiding separate referrals.

Frequently
Asked Questions
Questions we are often asked
What is The Bright Pathway for?
The Bright Pathway is for neurodivergent adults who want a complete, end-to-end experience: clinical assessment, cognitive profiling and structured coaching in a single joined-up programme. It is the most comprehensive option for people who want lasting change, not just a report
How long does The Bright Pathway take?
Approximately 5–6 months from initial assessment to completion of the final coaching phase. Sessions are fortnightly by default and the timeline can be adjusted where needed.
Can I start with an assessment and move onto The Bright Pathway later?
Yes. If you begin with The Clarity or Clarity & Profile Assessment and decide you want to continue, we can discuss transitioning into The Bright Pathway. We will advise on the most appropriate route at your Integration session.
Who carries out the assessment and who delivers the coaching?
Can The Bright Pathway be funded through Access to Work?
The coaching element of The Bright Pathway may be fundable through Access to Work for eligible employed or self-employed clients. We can provide the documentation and quotations the scheme requires. Speak to us at your triage call and we can advise on eligibility and next steps.
