The Bright Centre was born from one simple truth - we can’t change lives until we understand how minds work.

Founded by Tanya Bright, a neurodivergent expert and mental health specialist, her goal is to bridge the gap between science and everyday experience. The Bright Centre exists to translate complex neuroscience into tools that help people thrive and workplaces truly include.

We believe understanding the brain isn’t just knowledge - it’s liberation.

Our mission: to make the world more neuroinclusive, one brain at a time.

Where Are You Right Now?

You’re smart, capable, and tired of feeling behind. Discover the support systems you can adopt today to help you transition from masking to thriving.

For Individuals

For Organisations

You know inclusion matters, but awareness alone isn’t changing behaviour. Learn how neuroscience can transform leadership, engagement, and culture.

"Tanya's information about statistics and so much more was up to date and factual. Tanya was very knowledgeable and clearly shows a passion for the subject and willingness to support. 1 member feedback after, that she felt heard and overcome with emotion becoming more hopeful after her late diagnosis, with the advice given by Tanya and was very thankful. I have also appreciated the support as a new chair of a very new network, with a lot still to learn myself."
