TANYA
BRIGHT

👋 Hi, I’m Tanya Bright — founder of The Bright Centre.

I bring together deep expertise in how the mind works with lived experience to offer truly unique support.

Since 2018, I’ve coached people across the world to better understand their minds, so they can become the masters of their own lives — leading healthier, happier and more authentic futures. As an ADHDer myself, with neurodivergence running prominently through my family, I know firsthand how critical real support is. This personal journey is what inspired me to specialise in neurodiversity.

I’m a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and neuroinclusion.

Through my lived experience, professional knowledge and years of coaching, I’ve developed and run the highly sought-after course Navigating The Neuroverse: Autism & ADHD. I also offer 1:1 coaching, couples coaching and tailored group programmes.

Beyond individual work, I partner with organisations and educational institutions to improve mental health and champion neurodiversity — ensuring workplaces and schools truly support the needs of neurodivergent people.

My mission is simple yet profound: to help people understand themselves and their minds, so they can create lives that feel rich, beautiful and true to who they are — free from constant struggle or the pressure to conform.

Thank you for visiting my website. Please explore my services or book a free 30-minute call to see how I can support you.

“I connected with Tanya on Facebook while searching for information to help the members of our NHS trust Neurodiversity network.  Tanya was extremely welcoming and messaged straight away to discuss needs and options. We met up on teams to discuss introduction and i came away feeling positive and excited for the support with an event for Neurodiversity Celebration Week. During the event and discussion with members around neurodiversity, Tanya's information about statistics and so much more was up to date and factual. Tanya was very knowledgeable and clearly shows a passion for the subject and willingness to support. 1 member feedback after, that she felt heard and overcome with emotion becoming more hopeful after her late diagnosis, with the advice given by Tanya and was very thankful. I have also appreciated the support as a new chair of a very new network, with a lot still to learn myself."
