NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
You don’t need to know which service is right before you speak to us
You may be looking for support with executive functioning, burnout, parenting, post-diagnosis questions or something that does not fit neatly into one category.
A free Clarity Call gives you space to explain what is happening, ask questions and talk through the different options with us.

Need assistance?
Commonly asked questions
Do I need a diagnosis before starting coaching?
No. Adult, parent and young-person coaching can support people who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring neurodivergence.
How do I know which coaching option I need?
Start with who the support is primarily for and what you want help with. If several options seem relevant, book a Clarity Call and we can help identify the best starting point.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Neurodivergent coaching is practical, goal-focused support. It can sit alongside therapy, medical treatment, assessment or other clinical care where needed.
What can we work on in coaching?
Common areas include executive functioning, planning, overwhelm, burnout, routines, work or study, communication, self-advocacy, relationships and understanding a diagnosis.
Is coaching available online?
Most TBC support can be delivered online, with limited in-person options where appropriate.
Can my priorities change during coaching?
Yes. The work should respond to what is happening in your life rather than forcing you through a fixed programme.
