FAQ

Getting Started

Questions we often get asked

The Bright Centre is an integrated neurodivergent assessment and coaching platform for adults, young people, families, students and organisations.

We help people move beyond surface-level awareness into deeper understanding, practical support and real-life change. Our work brings together clinical assessment, cognitive profiling, neurodivergent-affirming coaching, community support and clear next steps.

No. You can come to us if you are exploring ADHD, autism or AuDHD, already diagnosed, supporting a child, or simply trying to understand what kind of help you need.

Start with a free clarity call. We’ll talk through what’s going on, what support you’ve already had and which pathway may be the best fit.

We do not focus only on labels. We help you understand how your brain works and what practical support, systems and next steps could help in real life.

Assessments

Questions we often get asked

We currently only offer online ADHD assessments, including options with cognitive profiling for a deeper understanding of how your brain processes, remembers, focuses and solves problems.

Where appropriate, the assessment can confirm whether you meet criteria for ADHD or another neurodivergent profile. You will also receive clear guidance on what your results mean.

Coaching & Post-Diagnosis Support

Questions we often get asked

The Bright Pathway is a longer support journey that combines assessment, coaching, identity work, practical systems and a personalised “Living With My Brain” plan.

Yes. Many people come to us after receiving a diagnosis elsewhere but feeling unsure what to do next.

Each coaching session is 60 minutes and takes place online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are calm, supportive and practical. We explore what is feeling difficult, what support may help, and which tools or strategies could make everyday life feel more manageable.

You do not need to remember everything during the session. Notes, tools and agreed next steps are written up and emailed to you afterwards, so you can come back to them in your own time.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling heard, validated and clearer about yourself, with practical support you can actually use.
