What is the Clarity Assessment?
The Clarity Assessment is for individuals who are ready to understand their brain more fully, especially if they feel ADHD, autism, AuDHD or another neurodivergent profile may be part of their story.
Delivered by Dr Samuel Landau, our HCPC-registered clinical psychologist, it looks beyond a simple diagnostic threshold to understand your history, current experience, strengths, challenges and support needs.
The aim is not just to give you an answer. It is to give you language, clarity and a next step you can actually use.
Benefits of a holistic assessment
Our assessments may include clinical interview, developmental history, screening questionnaires, DIVA-5 and cognitive profiling tools such as WAIS-IV where appropriate. These tools help us understand not just whether a diagnosis is present, but how your brain processes, remembers, focuses, regulates and responds to everyday life.
Whole-picture clarity
We look at your history, profile, strengths and challenges together, so your assessment reflects real life.
Useful language
You leave with clearer words for your brain and patterns, making your needs easier to understand and explain.
Practical direction
We help you understand what may support you next, from coaching and routines to adjustments and guidance.
Deeper self-trust
You begin replacing confusion and self-blame with a clearer, kinder understanding of how you actually work.
How to know if this is for you
If any of these feel familiar, a conversation with us could be the clarity you have been looking for. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You only need a sense that something deserves to be understood more fully.
- You suspect ADHD, autism or AuDHD may be part of your story
- You have spent years masking, overworking or trying to appear fine
- You are capable, but routines, deadlines or regulation feel harder than they should
- You are making sense of neurodivergence in yourself or someone you support
- You need guidance on medication pathways and extra support
- You need documentation for your GP, university, workplace adjustments or Access to Work
- You need a clearer explanation of your strengths, challenges and support needs for yourself or others
- You want credible answers, useful language and a clearer way forward

Frequently
Asked Questions
Questions we are often asked
Q1: Who is The Clarity Assessment for?
This assessment is applicable to individuals of all ages who want to better understand their neurodivergent profile. You may be exploring ADHD, autism, AuDHD or long-standing patterns around attention, regulation, masking, executive function or burnout.
Q2: How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on your assessment pathway, but most clients move from enquiry to assessment within a few weeks. Your report is usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after assessment, followed by an integration session to help you understand what it means.
Q3: Will I receive a report I can use afterwards?
Yes. You will receive a clear, practical report that can support conversations with your GP, university, employer, Access to Work, or other relevant support services.
Q4: What if I am not sure what kind of assessment I need?
That is exactly what the triage call is for. We will talk through what has brought you here, what you are hoping to understand, and whether The Clarity Assessment is the right fit for your needs.
Q5: Does the assessment include guidance on next steps?
Yes. We do not want you to leave with information and no direction. Your integration session helps you understand possible next steps, which may include coaching, adjustments, medication pathways, therapy, community support or further guidance.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available across assessment and coaching services. We can also talk through insurance documentation and Access to Work where relevant.
